100g caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
175g plain flour
1 egg yolk
a dollop (about a dessert spoon) of golden syrup
Gas Mark 4 for 10-12 minutes
icing sugar with lemon extract; orange extract & orange food colouring to decorate.
