D: What does that say?
Me: It says ‘Ethical Leadership Matters‘.
D: What does it mean?
Me: Do you know what being a leader is?
D: Yes, someone that’s in the lead – I don’t mean like a dog on the lead.
Me: OK, and ‘ethical’ means doing the right thing.
D: Yes – if you’re the leader you should be helpful, helping… and that’s all I can think of.
