A friendly haunt

D: Do you know – when you grow up you might have to let go of your friends? But that doesn’t matter because you get new friends.
Me: When do you have to let go of your friends?
D: When you’re older – when you’re an adult – some adults.
Me: You don’t HAVE to let go of your friends just because you get older. Do you want to stay friends with your friends?
D: Yeah, I LOVE my friends! I want to stay friends with them EVERY day. Even when I’m dead.
