D: I can’t scream properly yet – but it doesn’t matter does it? I don’t need to scream do I?

Me: Not unless you’ve got big problems.

D: Well good because I haven’t got any big problems… Except my tummy hurts.

Me: Oh – maybe you’ve got a tummy bug.

D: What’s a tummy bug?

Me: Tiny things that make you be a bit poorly – they go in through your mouth that’s why it’s important to wash your hands before eating.

D: Well I’ve got three tummy bugs and one just tried to get out by punching me!
